Cowboy Tacos


This is a great recipe when you're in a hurry to put a meal on the table. If you have 15 minutes to spare you can make these tacos. 

Ingredients:
Taco shells (flour, corn or hardshell is your choice)
1lb ground beef
1 16oz can ranch style beans
Topping options -lettuce, tomato,cheese, sour cream, hot sauce

Directions:
In a large skillet brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat. Pour in the can of ranch beans and simmer for about 1-2 minutes. Fill your tacos with the meat and bean mixture and top the way you like. Enjoy!!

This is also great for nachos.
